[mch2022-deco] Team Deco angel shifts

Hi Volunteering Team,


Below are the the shifts that Team Deco would prefer to have available. 
Most are during buildup except for the last one to help us clean up. I 
understand that buildup is a tricksy time to gather help, but except for 
the gate and dragon we can be quite flexible.


== Placer of Things ==
Description: Team Deco has prepared decorative pieces that just need to 
be placed somewhere. We already picked where and need you to move them 
there for display! This shift is in groups of 2.
When: Day -4 to 0
Amount: 6 shifts of 2 people concurrently for 2-3 hours per shift

== Placer of flags and signs ==
Description: We have flags and they have to be put up.
When: Day -2 to 0
Amount: 2 shifts of 1 person concurrently, for 2-* hours per shift

== Assembler of Polyhedra ==
Description: We have multiple projects that need some assembly before 
they can be carried to their respective location. We need you to drill 
holes, screw screws and zip tie wraps.
When: Day -4 to -2
Amount: 2 shifts of 1 person concurrently, for 2 hours

== Gate Builder ==
Description: Help Moem assemble the gate!
Amount: 1 shift of 4 people for 4 hours
Skill: One person should be comfortable to stand in the boom lift, 
controlling it is not required (and also not permitted).

== Dragon Builder ==
Description: Help Hoxolotl build a dragon by forging aluminium sheets in 
complex patterns and forms. It is helpful to have some feeling for arts 
and crafts.
When: Day -3 to 0
Amount: 2 people concurrently, preferably the same because of skill that 
is acquired in the process

== Un-placer of Things ==
Description: Remove decorative objects and bring them back to the Deco tent.
When: Day 5 to day 7
